Price Promise: I offer all customers my Price Promise, as I'm confident that I will not be beaten on price. If you see the same product advertised at a lower price including delivery and in stock I will endeavour to match the price, then beat it. This offer does not apply to prices you have been quoted for Ex-Demo or Second Hand. Proof of the offer may be required. I will consider all Price Beat requests, however, any Price Beat will be offered at my discretion. I reserve the right to refuse a Price Beat at any time. Simply call or email with the contact details of the store or website that you have seen the product (s) at a cheaper price and let me do the rest. All that I ask is that the product be brand new, boxed and in stock, there and then. Sales: I am an authorised UK sales agents for all the products I sell, if they are intended for use in a different country please contact before ordering. Payment Methods and Security: Desktop Audio accepts credit and debit card payments through PayPal as well as all the payment options available to PayPal members. Desktop Audio will not store your credit card details, in order to protect the security of your information. "Desktop Audio" will appear on your payment statement. Delivery: I normally despatch within three days on in-stock products. If I am out of stock I will contact you with an estimated delivery date. I deliver larger items by Carrier who require a signature upon delivery. Please contact me for pricing on shipping costs to countries outside the EU. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If I have trouble processing an order, I will use this information to contact you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone, at any time. I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Security: I take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected. Return Policy: I want your purchases from Desktop Audio to be completely satisfactory. That's why I offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 30 days of receiving your product you wish to exchange or return it, send it (in new condition) to me at: Desktop Audio, 61St Georges Street, Tyldesley, Manchester, Lancashire, M29 8HY. You are liable for the carriage cost. In the case of an exchange I will pay the return carriage only one (1) time. Enclose a note telling me: How you want me to handle the return. I can exchange the item or credit the card originally charged. Why you're returning the item: for example, not suitable, faulty, damaged in transit, etc. - The name and address to which we should send your exchange, when applicable.

Warranty: I stand behind my products. That's why I give you a two (2) year warranty. In the unlikely event that one of my products becomes defective, I will replace or repair it at no charge. Just return it to me, along with a copy of your sales receipt, paying only the shipping. I will then take care of the problem and return ship it to you at our expense.
